This limited-time offer is intended for legacy Thailand Elite Visa members who want to extend their long-term access to Thailand under the current Thailand Privilege membership structure. Eligible members can save more than 77,000 THB on a Platinum upgrade or more than 353,000 THB on a Diamond upgrade.
Members who originally applied through Siam Legal must also process the upgrade through Siam Legal, as upgrades must be handled through the same channel used for the original membership purchase.
What Is the Early Bird Upgrade Promotion 2026?
The Early Bird Upgrade Promotion 2026 is available to eligible members who currently hold a legacy Thailand Elite Easy Access or Thailand Elite Family Excursion 5-year membership.
Under this promotion, qualified members can upgrade to either the Thailand Privilege Platinum or Thailand Privilege Diamond tier at reduced rates.

Both promotional upgrade rates are VAT inclusive.
These reduced rates are available only during the promotion period. Once the promotion closes, eligible members may no longer be able to access these savings.
Who Is Eligible for the Upgrade?
This promotion is subject to specific eligibility requirements. Before starting the upgrade process, members should confirm whether they qualify.
To be eligible, you must:
- Hold an existing Thailand Elite Easy Access or Thailand Elite Family Excursion 5-year membership
- Have a membership expiry date from 1 October 2027 onward
- Process the upgrade through the same channel used for your original Thailand Elite membership purchase
The same-channel requirement is important. Members can only process the upgrade through the channel they originally applied through.

How to Upgrade
The upgrade process generally includes four main steps and can be handled in person or remotely.
- Confirm eligibility
Siam Legal reviews the member’s current Thailand Elite package, membership expiry date, and original application channel. - Prepare the upgrade documents
Siam Legal helps prepare the required upgrade forms, including the Manifestation Form, application form, PDPA consent form, and supporting membership details. - Submit the upgrade application
Once the documents are complete, the upgrade application is submitted to Thailand Privilege for review. Siam Legal will monitor the application status and coordinate any required follow-up. - Complete payment after approval
After approval, Thailand Privilege issues the invoice. The full upgrade payment must be completed by the payment deadline to secure the promotional rate.
Will There Be Any Gap in Membership Benefits?
No. Your current membership remains active throughout the upgrade process.
Because Thailand Elite Easy Access and Thailand Elite Family Excursion are 5-year legacy memberships, the upgrade adds validity from the current membership expiry date. Platinum adds 5 more years, while Diamond adds 10 more years, bringing the member into the 10-year or 15-year Thailand Privilege structure.
The upgraded Platinum or Diamond membership will activate 10 calendar days before your current card expires. This allows members to transition into the new tier without interruption to their benefits, privileges, or immigration support.
